The live chat is really basic, it is focusing on pre-sales issues, for technical questions I recommend contacting iPage by email or phone. You don't have to contact their support each time you are stuck, check the help center for useful video tutorials and guides. For me this section was really helpful and have found quick answers to many of my questions.
iPage Control Panel
iPage is using vDeck control panel, that has a wide range of inbuilt features. I found it very easy to use and I liked the interface as well. For those who do not have any experience yet with a hosting account, it could be a good start.
The uptime is very important for a business website. You can not run a serious online business without being able to keep your site online 24 hours a day. iPage has an advanced server monitoring system which notify technical staff as any website go down. This way the company is able to reduce the downtime of their servers.

If you are looking for a good and low priced business host, but do not plan to build a huge website, iPage could be a very smart choice. For small business websites iPage is very good, but for larger and busy websites the performance will be compromised.
